How to make an insurance claim?

After we receive all necessary documents from you, the claim will be processed and, once approved, the eligible amount will be transferred to your bank account.     I select a hospital within the Roojai network and receive cashless treatment

    Submit claim form & documents

    After I leave the hospital, I submit a claim form & the accompanying documents for HCP

    Roojai checks and approves

    Roojai checks and approves the claim

    Receive payment within 10 working days

    I receive payment within 10 working days after all necessary documents have been completed and received by Roojai, and no further medical verification is required

      I select a hospital within the Roojai network and receive cashless treatment

      The insured get into an accident, and is rushed to the hospital to get first aid and/or treatment
